Cabato-an Elementary School: Nurturing Minds, Building Futures
Cabato-an Elementary School was established in the year 1967, with a land area of 5,600 square meters. It is a multi grade school with four teachers and four classroom buildings, one of it is for the ICT/computer room where Kindergarten also held its class. The classrooms are conducive to learning because it is well-ventilated and well-lighted. It is maintained by everybody to provide an environment conducive to learning. A collective vision of a group of passionate educators, led by various school heads, materialized into what was initially an Elementary School. This vision was not only to impart academic knowledge but also to instill community values, integrity, and a zeal for lifelong learning.
However, due to low population and enrollee, Cabato-an Elementary School remained a multigrade school until at present. The school teaching force tried its very best that all children of age are in school and encourages learners to explore and showcase their academic excellence through various contests and school activities.
Throughout its history, Cabato-an Elementary School has adapted to the evolving educational landscape, from integrating digital platforms to addressing societal shifts. The school community is committed to inclusivity, diversity, and equipping learners to navigate the complexities of the modern world.
Embracing the 21st century, the school has undergone a significant modernization,and use of modern technologies. In the classrooms, teachers used smart tv, video and projector power point presentation to facilitate the learners’ learning experience and embody the school’s promise to prepare the learners for the challenges presented by a globalized modern world.
Cabato-an Elementary School continues to be a forerunner in educational innovation, with various programs at different grade levels and a focus on sustainability. The introduction of different programs and projects on different grade level and a focus on sustainability initiatives reflect Cabato-an ES commitment to preparing pupils for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
